Terms and Conditions for Online Payments and Bookings
Introduction
By using the online payments and bookings system (the "Platform") on our Dental website (the "Website"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.
Booking Fees and Appointments
2.1. When you book an appointment through the Platform, you will be required to pay a booking fee (the "Booking Fee"). The Booking Fee serves to secure your appointment with the dental practice (the "Practice").
2.2. If you attend your appointment, the Practice will credit the full value of the Booking Fee towards any appointments or treatment you have at the Practice.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
3.1. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment (a "Late Cancellation" or "Missed Appointment"), the Booking Fee will be used to compensate the Practice for the time allocated to your appointment.
3.2. To cancel your appointment and avoid forfeiting the Booking Fee, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. You can do this by contacting the Practice via phone or email.
Refunds and Credits
4.1. Booking Fees are non-refundable except in cases of extenuating circumstances, as determined by the Practice in its sole discretion.
4.2. If you attend your appointment and receive treatment, any remaining credit after your treatment will be available for future appointments within the next twelve (12) months. After this period, any unused credit will be forfeited.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
