Simplybright has a fair and ethical recruitment process and each branch has a clear and well-organised staffing structure led by our branch managers.  The managers provide support to all staff, including associate dentists who early in their career may need clinical or regulatory support.  As well as this all branches have a head nurse who is in charge of day to day clinical operations.

Simplybright also has a dedicated finance team who manages all sites, ensuring that staff are paid on time, with detailed payment schedules, summarising exactly how pay has been calculated. They also ensure the associates are paying the correct superannuation and continually provide updates on UDA's performance with detailed analysis to ensure associates know exactly what they have done.

In addition, Dr Komal Patel provides support to all staff and dentists whether it be assistance with clinical cases, dealing with complaints or any other work-related help and advice.  As a small family run group, we are able to provide a personal service to all staff who work for us.
